NIIT

NIIT was established in the year 1981 by young entrepreneur Rajendra S. Pawar and Vijay K. Thadani. In early 1981, on the campus of Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, India students Rajendra S. Pawar and Vijay K. Thadani found themselves sharing the same dorm room. After graduating from IIT, Pawar and Thadani developed NIIT During 1982 it set up educational centers in Mumbai, Delhi; later it spread to southern part of India, especially Bangalore.
